Shoulder Strap Mail in Repair Service for Swivel Snaps

**This is a Mail in Service for the replacement of the swivel snaps on your Shoulder Strap**

Please note this service covers the replacement of Two(2) snaps on one shoulder strap.

How it works:

Buy this service (choose the number of shoulder straps you are sending to us)

Choose the return shipping method you prefer. 

You need to mail to us at your expense your shoulder strap with the broken snaps.

Ship to us at : Norwalk Luggage, 53 Wall Street, Norwalk CT 06850

We will in turn replace both snaps even if only one is broken.  We do this so that the new snaps will match.

We will then mail the straps back to you.

It is unlikely that we will be able to match the color of your hardware exact or even the style of the snap.  But we will do our best to match everything as close as possible.  

In the event that we deemed your strap not fixable, we will mail back your strap at our expense and refund your full payment amount. An explanation of the reason will be enclosed with the strap.
