If the original parts for your bag are no longer being manufactured, send us an email with a picture of the part in need of replacement and we can tell you if it's something that we can modify a different part in order to make your bag functional again. |
All luggage repairs may be dropped off or shipped to the following location: Norwalk Luggage Co. Please include a letter describing the problem, day time phone #, email and return address
