Hartmann Luggage Wheel Replacement Repair Mail In Service
Listing is to replace old worn out wheels on existing Hartmann luggage wheel housings. The wheel MUST be the SAME as the ones pictured here.
How it works:
Unzip the lining of your bag and remove the three screws holding the housing on.
Then mail the housings to us and we will replace the axle and install a new wheel on your existing housing.
Price is per/ each wheel and new axle (select quantity of wheels needed)
We will replace your wheel a new Rollerblade wheel
Ship your housing or housings at your expense

I have several Hatrmann pieces which aren't made anymore. The wheels eventually began to separate and come apart. Very easy to take the wheel housing off and mail to Norwalk Luggage to replace the roller. I have done this this for 3 suitcases.

Most of us million-milers know that pre-Samsonite Hartmann luggage was in a class all it's own. We also know that every 5 years or so, the urethane tread on your roll-aboard wheels can peel off, rendering the case somewhat useless.
I know you may be tempted to McGyver it yourself, but why bother?
Norwalk Luggage offers a very good service to fix this problem.
It takes 5 or 10 minutes to unscrew both wheel carriages and mail them back to Norwalk Luggage. They typically turn the job around same or next day, and you will be up and rolling in less than a week!
Very satisfied and hope that my trusty old bag lasts another 5 years so that I can use this service again!

My Hartman carry-on bag is in great shape after many many years of use. But the rubber on the outside of the wheels came off of the wheels in the last week or so and I hated to throw it out. I looked online and saw this service and sent in the wheels along with their assembly. I got them back in perfect shape with brand new wheels that won’t wear out. I am delighted

Hartmann no longer supports repairs to its older lines of luggage. My wife has several pieces of the tweed style with wheels and pull handle. the wheels tend to fall apart with age so find Norwalk Luggage saved the day. Its very easy to remove the housing from the suitcase and mail it to them. In a few days the housing is return with a new wheel. Again, very easy to screw the housing back on the suitcase.

I needed to replace the wheels on my Hartman luggage. I followed the directions on the Luggageplanet website and it was an easy fix. Wheels were repaired like new. Simple and easy fix.

This is a high use bag with over 100 flights per year. They brought the wheels back to what they should be. Already in the air 3 days after they returned it. Meet all my expectations.
