Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: For orders within the continental USA: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the confirmation Invoice after your order has been approved. For International orders: shipping fees are determined by LuggagePlanet.com and not the online estimated shipping. A: Luggageplanet offers the following Returns Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused merchandise within 15 days for a prompt refund. Excluding shipping costs, your credit card will be credited for the price of the item(s) and any taxes. Shipping costs will not be refunded if you cancel your order after the item has been shipped. A return shipping label will be created and send to you for orders within the continental US. Return Orders outside the continental US are responsible for return shipping charges.
